Licensing was totally changed, to the worse

I just had a look at the Domino licensing on ibm.com site, and it has been totally changed from last time (even from last week). Now Domino Utility Server Express costs $2060USD, but it's not sold in Finland anymore, wth?

The value unit limit of min 100 servers is also quite ridiculous, as companies actually want to consolidate their 100 servers into 1 System p server.

This makes me really consider to write my own Web Server, as I can't purchase Domino anymore, even if I wanted!
